Caption: The fishing drifter Clans of Macduff was used as an armed naval auxiliary during the First World War. She was built in 1915 and requisitioned by the Admiralty for wartime service in June. Returned to the owners in 1919 she was again requisitioned for service in August 1939 until April 1945 as a Harbour Service Vessel. In this photo the crew are wearing uniform and she is flying the White Ensign. Submitted by Robert Paterson.*
